If you’ve ever gotten to your beach house and immediately had to turn around for a grocery run… you already know the vibe we’re not going for.
When I build grocery lists for clients, my goal is simple: easy mornings, seamless beach days, and low-stress nights.
Here’s exactly what I’d put on your list:
The Essentials (Don’t Skip These)
Your “we just got here and need to function” list:
Coffee (ground or pods)
Creamer + sugar
Bottled water
Ice (more than you think)
Ziploc bags / foil
Not exciting… but you’ll notice immediately if they’re missing.
Easy Breakfasts
Keep mornings simple:
Eggs
Bacon or sausage
Bread or bagels
Butter + jam
Yogurt + granola
Fresh fruit
Optional: pastries or cinnamon rolls for one fun morning
Beach Snacks + Grab-and-Go
This is where most groups underestimate:
Chips + salsa
Cheese + crackers
Protein bars
Sandwich supplies
Trail mix
Think easy, packable, and no effort.
Easy Lunches + Low-Effort Dinners
Easy + low effort here is key.
Lunch:
Sandwiches or wraps
Pasta salad
Leftovers
Dinner:
Burgers + hot dogs
Tacos
Pasta night
Rotisserie chicken + sides
Simple, flexible, and quick cleanup.
Drinks
Water (always extra)
Sparkling water
Soda/mixers
Beer / seltzers
Wine
Plan based on your group so everything’s ready when you arrive.
Nice-to-Have Extras
The little upgrades:
Fresh flowers
Snack board
Dessert (cookies, ice cream, brownies)
Not necessary—but they make it feel like vacation.
The Difference Is Planning Ahead
Most trips go sideways because people:
Don’t order enough
Forget basics
Overcomplicate meals
And end up back at the store instead of relaxing.
Want to Skip All of This?
This is exactly what I handle for my clients—grocery list, pickup, delivery, and full setup before you arrive.
So you can just walk in and start your vacation.
Save This for Your Next Trip
Or send it to the friend who always ends up organizing everything 😉
