Liability and terms

Celebrate With Cait Coastal Concierge provides concierge and setup services designed to enhance your stay. While every effort is made to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness, we are not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or issues that may occur during or after the use of our services.

By booking with Celebrate With Cait, you agree to release and hold harmless the business and its owner from any liability related to your use of our services.

Once services have been completed and delivery or setup has been confirmed, Celebrate With Cait is no longer responsible for the condition, safety, or use of any items provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Groceries and perishable items

• Decorations and setup materials

• Alcohol or specialty items

Clients assume full responsibility upon arrival or after service completion.

Celebrate With Cait will coordinate directly with the property owner, host, or rental company to obtain access details for service. While every effort will be made to secure timely entry, the Client acknowledges that property access is dependent on third-party cooperation. Celebrate With Cait is not responsible for delays, incomplete services, or inability to perform services due to:

• Delayed or lack of response from property owners or managers

• Incorrect or incomplete access information

• Changes to check-in times or property availability

• Denied early access to the property

If access to the property is not available at the scheduled service time, services may be delayed, adjusted, or rescheduled at the discretion of Celebrate With Cait. Additional fees may apply.

To ensure a seamless and customized experience, the following payment terms apply:

1. Service Fee - A flat service fee is required to secure your booking and is due 5 days prior to your scheduled service date. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Bookings made within 5 days of the service date may be subject to a rush fee and are not guaranteed based on availability.

2. Grocery Orders - Clients are responsible for placing and paying for all grocery orders directly through their preferred store or delivery platform. Celebrate With Cait will coordinate pickup, delivery, and in-home stocking.

3. Additional Purchases (Add-Ons) - For services such as florals, desserts, or specialty items, a deposit is required in advance to cover the estimated cost of goods. By approving an estimate, the Client authorizes Celebrate With Cait to make purchases on their behalf.

4. Final Cost Adjustments - Clients are responsible for any cost increases beyond the original estimate. Any remaining balance from overestimation may be refunded or applied toward additional services.

5. Payment Methods - Payments may be made via approved methods (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or other agreed-upon platforms).

​

6. All Sales Final - All purchases made on behalf of the Client are non-refundable once confirmed and completed.

If your service includes the purchase or delivery of alcohol, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. By requesting alcohol-related services, you agree that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol

• You accept full responsibility for its use and distribution

• Celebrate With Cait is not liable for any alcohol-related incidents

A valid ID may be required prior to service.

Delivery Timing Alcohol will only be delivered after the Client has arrived at the property. Pre-arrival alcohol delivery is strictly prohibited.

Age Verification The Client (or designated recipient) must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.

In-Person Receipt Required Alcohol must be accepted in person by the Client. Alcohol will not be left unattended under any circumstances.

Right to Refuse Service Celebrate with Cait LLC reserves the right to refuse alcohol delivery if:

1. Proper identification is not provided,

2. The recipient appears intoxicated,

3. The situation poses any legal or safety concern

No Liability After Delivery: Once alcohol has been delivered and accepted, Celebrate with Cait LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for its use, misuse, or any damages, injuries, or legal issues arising thereafter.

Compliance Responsibility: The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws regarding the possession and consumption of alcohol.

​

No Refunds for Refusal: If alcohol cannot be delivered due to failure to meet these requirements, no refunds will be issued for alcohol-related purchases.

Due to the custom nature of concierge services, all bookings require advance planning and coordination.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance of your scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding any non-refundable purchases already made on your behalf).

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled service are non-refundable.

Requests made within 72 hours of your scheduled service may:

• Be subject to additional rush fees

• Be limited based on availability

• Not be guaranteed

Celebrate With Cait reserves the right to decline last-minute changes that cannot be reasonably accommodated.

In the event that a requested item is unavailable, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unable to be purchased at the time of service, Celebrate With Cait reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions.

Substitutions will be made based on:

• Availability at local stores

• Quality and similarity to requested items

• Budget alignment with original request

While every effort is made to match your preferences exactly, Celebrate With Cait is not responsible for specific brand availability or inventory limitations beyond our control.

Celebrate With Cait takes great care in handling all items, rentals, and setups within client spaces, including Airbnb properties, vacation rentals, and private homes. However, by booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for the condition of the property before, during, and after service completion.

Celebrate With Cait is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to rental properties or venues

• Damage resulting from normal use of provided items or setups

• Claims made by third-party property owners, hosts, or rental companies

Any concerns regarding property condition, rules, or penalties imposed by a rental host are the sole responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend clients review all rental agreements and communicate any restrictions prior to service.

By booking services with Celebrate With Cait Coastal Concierge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
